CAR and Spinframe consolidate their joint project in Spain

During the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of February, Inforserveis installed in the official SEAT Martorell Motor dealership the Real Inspections system together with Spinframe, the Israeli company developer and partner of Inforserveis, and, Velyen, official distributor of CAR in Spain. 

Real Inspections is a high-definition camera system that detects damage to the exterior of the vehicles. It is installed at the entrance of the workshop and inspects the bodywork of the vehicle during its entry. The system is seamlessly integrated with CAR, whereby the images captured by the cameras are automatically uploaded to the vehicle’s R.O. at the Active Reception, thus providing a higher degree of documentation of the vehicle’s condition. 

The system was successfully installed and represents the starting point of the joint project in Spain of the CAR and Spinframe system. The second stop was at the Imperauto Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Quart de Poblet (Valencia), with an equally successful outcome that confirms the commitment and efficiency of the joint solution. 

The union, says Pau Barca (CEO of Inforserveis, the developer of CAR), between these two leading technology companies in the aftermarket sector that focus on different parts of the process of the workshop, offers and increase in turnover and optimisation of the aftermarket: Spinframe provides artificial intelligence in the detection of damage while CAR digitizes the entire process of the care cycle.

This information, collected at port terminals, garages or leasing companies, is transferred to CAR in real time, from where it is processed and followed up by Active Reception.
