More than fifteen national media, both in its printed and digital format, have included in their pages the news of the recent digital transformation in industrial vehicles in which we have collaborated jointly with IVECO and Samsung.

There are many media that have echoed the Samsung, IVECO and CAR Alliance; Expansión, Muy Computer PRO, Las Provincias, Europa Press TV, ABC, El Comercio, El Correo, Ideal de Granada, Diario Sur, Norte de Castilla , La Verdad, 20 Minutos, Burgos Conecta, MSN, Europa Press, CIO Spain, Valencia Cars and Transporte 3.

Among them, not only do we find specialized channels such as CIO Spain, Valencia Cars and Transporte 3, but also recognized media that have spread the news about this project we have worked on with great effort.

IVECO’s digital transformation

With the collaboration of Samsung in the hardware part and our CAR tool, developed by Inforserveis, we have achieved the modernization of the IVECO workshops and dealerships through a disruptive digital transformation process.

The workshops of IVECO, a world manufacturer of light, medium, heavy and passenger industrial vehicles, have now access to real-time management of all their activity, having also quickened the average time of their repairs.

This advance is led by CAR, the software that allows the management of information and the coordination of processes in an optimal way, together with Samsung, the company that has provided the hardware with its tablets to increase profitability, efficiency and competitiveness in the transport sector.

IVECO

Mechanics and advisors now get their jobs done faster with real-time access to workshop activity, so they can see first-hand how many repairs are in progress, how many customers to assist, and the number of orders up and running.

For this, it’s key to use mobile devices that allow information check-up and make orders and reports in real time securely through the Samsung Knox platform. These management processes have improved thanks to the models that IVECO has: Galaxy Tab Active3, Tab Active Pro, Galaxy Note20 and Samsung Dex.

All tasks have been optimized thanks to the digitization of information. From appointment management to real-time status of vehicles, as well as communication with the warehouse manager.
